Robert Hill-Bey, President was born in Chicago, IL. 1962. He graduated from high school in 1980 and went on to graduate from Western Illinois University in 1988. Mr. Hill-Bey started in business right after graduating. He started in business as a Loan Originator and got involved in Network Marketing. In 1988 Mr. Hill-Bey was employed with a large human service organization where he gained valuable experience in grant and proposal writing. In 1998 he founded Moorish Community Center, Inc.
